The deck includes brand two chairs that are elevated and perfect for ocean viewing. Start each day watching the magnificent sunrise.

Kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils and table settings, everything you need to prepare your own meals. If you prefer, the condo is just a short walk from Carolina Beach restaurants. This location provides the perfect mix of quiet beach scenery with nearby activities.

This is a third floor condo, with no elevator. The stairs not only provide outstanding exercise benefits, they pay off with one of the best views to be had on the beach! Beware, it's three flights up, as the first floor is above private garage space.

We had an excellent time on vacation. With that said…. We had higher expectations. There was 1/2 roll of TP. There were no sheets on the bed we had to do that ourselves. We were expected to wash the laundry. We VRBO a few times a year and never have we had to do the house keeping. There was no TV access, we had to log into our own subscription to watch anything. The patio held water and even though we tried to sweep it off it never dried. We’ve never stayed at a beach property and not had towels and umbrella and chairs provided. Lastly, the condo stayed extremely warm. My husband changed the thermostat several times and then it was changed remotely. Temperature wouldn’t allow us to get the condo below 76 degrees. We GPT’ed the brand and it’s able to be controlled remotely. We believe that the owner or property manager kept putting at a higher temperature. I’m in full menopause and due to the condo staying so hot, I was unable to get good sleep. It could be an adorable place but cheaply maintained.

We went to a concert at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater and it was an easy 25 minute drive.Check in was flawless and Mike answered general check in question within minutes! He was great!Beautiful sunrises! Appreciate the seating on the deck!

We had a great time staying at Mike's place! Everything was clean and tidy! The views of the ocean were amazing! This was the perfect condo for me and my wife to escape for a few days! So close to the boardwalk and all the restaurants too! Hope to come back real soon!

The view is beautiful. The location is perfect. Great stay! I’m not docking stars for this but the WiFi did not support me working from home, so I had to go to the library or use my phone as a hotspot but you shouldn’t be needing wifi when on vacation anyways! I just wanted anyone that might be dependent on WiFi to know. The WiFi worked enough to stream the occasional movie at night and it’s a really great apartment. Would stay again (as long as I dont need to work) Thanks for opening your home!

The first thing you notice is how clean everything is. It felt so comfortable to be there. The host was responsive and the view from the living room couch of the ocean sunrises were spectacular. We were given everything we could have needed including wonderful plush towels and plenty of kitchen equipment and extra dish towels etc.There was ample parking in back and the stairs to go up to the third floor were solid and in good condition. I am so glad this is where we got to stay. I didn’t want to leave!

The view was excellent except for the huge pipes and construction equipment (evidently pumping sand back to beach?). We weren’t aware but it really didn’t affect anything regarding our stay. The beach was beautiful.

This house was perfect for my husband and myself. We enjoyed our stay very much. A highlight was watching dolphins from our balcony!! We were here in February so it was a little chilly and rainy but we still enjoyed our stay. Lots of great restaurants and the area has so many things to see and do. We will definitely be back!!

Mike was a great host. He was quick in responding and quite accommodating to our needs. You cannot ask for a better location. It was a wonderful experience to wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and the sunset was equally spectacular. All of the amenities were in good working order, and the kitchen was well stocked with just about any cooking items you might need. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable, and I loved the seafaring decor. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
