This oceanfront condo offers a comfortable and convenient coastal getaway, complete with complimentary Wi-Fi and central air conditioning. Guests have access to a community beach walkway, and there’s parking available for two cars. Located on the second floor, this condo features spacious oceanfront decks and patios with beautiful views, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Enjoy a seasonal community pool, typically open around Memorial Day, along with a community charcoal grill for cooking up your favorite meals by the sea.

The deck provides stunning ocean views and can be accessed from both the living room and master suite, offering seating for six. Inside, the kitchen and dining area also showcase ocean views. The dining table seats four, while the kitchen bar offers additional seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, flat-top cook stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable seating for four, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV with cable, all in a relaxing oceanfront setting.

For added convenience, there’s a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry area. The master suite offers oceanfront views, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a king bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and private access to the oceanfront deck. The second bedroom, located on the street side, has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV with cable. The second full bathroom is shared with the common area and includes a single vanity sink and a full-sized tub/shower combo.

Here’s a more concise version of your summary: The property’s location is perfect, right on the beach. We usually stay in hotels when visiting Carolina but were excited to stay beachfront this time. The check-in process was smooth, and while early check-in was available for an extra fee, it was too expensive for us. Late check-out also has a fee, though this wasn’t an issue for us. Future guests should note that while the listing mentions a pool, it's only accessible to owners, and there’s no hot tub on the property or in the room. The apartment itself is fantastic, with stunning views and the sound of the waves at night. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. There was a ring under the slip mat in the tub, hair on the walls, and a filthy sheet on the pullout sofa. The coffee pot also had an old, moldy filter. While we’re not overly picky about cleanliness, these things were noticeable, even to an untrained eye. One trash bag was provided, which wasn’t enough for our stay, and we had to buy extra linens as none were available. Overall, while the location and apartment are great, a deeper clean and more attention to details would improve the experience. The rental agency seems automated, and future guests should be prepared to bring their own linens and note the lack of pool and hot tub access.

Long weekend fun

Condo is as described. Enjoyed our weekend there. It’s nice to have an elevator & the mural in it, is pretty! Check out info on the fridge is outdated, from previous property manager, needs to be updated. Would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately not the experience we wanted

We booked this unit in Sept of 2023, having stayed at Sea Colony on a previous occasion. Our previous unit had been sold so we booked this unit which is managed by Carolina Beach Realty. We would not recommend you doing the same. The following items were broken: coffee pot, bedroom door would not close, master bedroom lamp, dishwasher (hand washed dishes all week), guest shower partially clogged, outside furniture broken, old and extremely rusty, and shredded/ripped towels. The following bear specific mention due to lack of cleanliness: master bath had long hair throughout the wall, blankets were clean but comforters were definitely not on both beds and smelled terrible, stove top was really dirty. Living room rug was very dirty around the edges. The utility door is just caked in lint and every cranny and corner not easily cleaned like room corners, baseboards, doors, handles
is filthy. Overall condition: paint, furniture, walls, faucets, pantry doors

.even the kitchen knives were rusty. Furniture looked old and dirty with dining table pealing off Things you would think would be present
.hair dryer, beach supplies, soap, trash bags, extra facial tissue etc
not here. As far as management, minimal contact, no timeframe on repair for the dishwasher
in fact they asked us to look up the serial number so they could “get on a list”. Not the experience we were expecting or paid for specially when pricing is pretty similar to other units.

Beach Trip

The property is exactly as listed. The property is in a great location. Easy access to the beach and access to all the restaurants! We enjoyed our stay. We found box fans in the closet which helped with the air flow. This week was extremely hot but we were never hot in the condo. The elevator was beneficial when bringing our stuff up. Although we were on the first floor the elevator was helpful so we only had to make one trip versus several up the stairs. We had a great family vacation.

Carolina Beach is relaxing and chill

Nice condo with an amazing 12' x 32' deck which provided a great view of the ocean, especially at night. Convenient to plenty of restaurants, but be forewarned most parking at Carolina Beach is pay stations or meters. Some hammocks at the condos would be a great addition along with some recycling containers, but otherwise the decor and amenities were very nice. Parking for our condo was under the building which was convenient and easy on the ride.
