This four bedroom, three bath duplex has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. The primary suite on the third floor has a Queen bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and private deck area with partial views of the Atlantic. There is an additional bedroom with private bath also located on this floor with 2 Twin beds, perfect for the kids!

The main level has a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, a combination living and dining room that leads out to your private deck overlooking the pool, and a large flat screen HDTV with Direct TV. This home has WiFi via ATT, and Roku's at the TV's for entertainment.

The first floor has a street side bedroom with one Full and one Twin bed and an additional bedroom with a Queen bed and private deck. It's just a short 3 blocks over to the beach.

"Southern Swordfish" shares a fenced in pool with the duplex. For larger family groups that would like to be close to one another please ask about renting the adjoining unit, "Hooked on Swordfish", for a total of 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Only a few miles south to the Ft. Fisher Historic Museum, the Civil War battleground and the NC Aquarium. Make plans to visit Carolina Beach today and stay at "Southern Swordfish"!

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
