Spectacular Oceanfront Condo - Once Upon A Tide

Fully updated oceanfront condo with an unbeatable ocean view located in the heart of Carolina Beach! This 3rd floor, 2 bed/2 bath, oceanfront condo is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable visit to Carolina Beach. The unit is located within walking distance of the Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake Park, a variety of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and many other popular local attractions.

Coral Surf has a private beach access behind the building as well as a private pool open between May and October. Or you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the top floor balcony. The view is particularly stunning early in the morning when the sun first rises.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. General amenities include dish washer, Wifi, central heat/air, covered parking for 2 cars, keyless entry, fully equipped kitchen, linens, bath towels, beach towels, cable TV with premium movie channels, and several games. We also have a beach wagon, tent and toys available for your use!

We`ve spent the time to make our condo TURNKEY so that you can spend your time with your family, relaxing, enjoying the views, and making memories.

As a standard, high season (Memorial Day to Labor Day) bookings have a 7-day minimum requirement. Please check our calendar for availability.

IMPORTANT: This is a non-smoking unit (including E-cigs/Vaping), and no pets are allowed in the entire complex.

Guests have access to the entire condo, and are also welcome to use community pool and the private beach access!

Our condo is located just south of the boardwalk and the heart of Carolina Beach. It is only half a mile from the boardwalk and directly behind the Carolina Beach Lake. The Lake offers a wonderful walking trail, picnic tables, grills and paddle boats. In the summer the Lake also does free Outdoor Movies and concerts. There is also a Farmer`s Market every Saturday during the summer months.

House Rules: This home does not allow pets, smoking, events or parties. Must be 25 years old to book the home. Rental agreement is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking the home.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This condo was a great choice. Very clean. Kitchen was well appointed for our cooking needs. Great view of the beach. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Chairs were comfy and breeze was great. Publix very close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely consider coming back to stay again.

Wonderful and Convenient Stay!

This place was in the perfect location for a fun, peaceful and convenient stay (3 nights). After deciding the day before checkout that we wanted to stay an extra night, the host was more than flexible and quick to add another night. The view from the balcony is stunning, and condo was clean, welcoming, and cozy!We will be staying here whenever we return!

This is a beautifully appointed condo with a great view and covered balcony. It is conveniently located to everything. It is our second time staying here, for good reason, and we can highly recommend it. We like to come off season and there is still so much to see and do when it gets cooler/cold. Great hosts!

Would stay again- beautiful view, clean, highly recommend

We had a fantastic experience, the view from the balcony is perfection no matter the time of day. I would caution anyone who has trouble walking that it is a walk up about 4 flights of stairs. However, the walk is worth it for the view from the balcony and the clean, lovely furnished space. The beds were also very comfortable with plush comforters and pillows. Highly recommend and we will hope to stay there again next year!

Fantastic place with amazing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is just like the pictures - actually better than the pictures! Really well decorated and spacious. The balcony was probably our favorite spot where we could sit and watch/listen to the ocean. The location of this unit was ideal as well. Since the area is not right by large hotels/condo units, we felt like we had a more private section of the beach. The owner was great with communication and responded promptly. We also enjoyed the smaller touches like shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom plus the beach equipment. Good parking as well. Will definitely be back!

The view from the balcony, living room, and the kitchen is tremendous. What can be better than enjoying your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise and the dolphins slowly swimming by.
