Home away from home! ! This 4BD-3BA townhome sits just minutes from the boardwalk. Steps to public beach access and restaurants! Linens included. Premium mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of free parking (up to 4 cars in driveway). Two kings, 2 queens & pullout sofa, sleeping up to 10. Constructed in 2020. The Space:

From the carport walk up the stairs and enter the main floor. Open concept, kitchen, dining, living room, with lots of natural light and every amenity in mind. Fully stocked kitchen for quick bites or gourmet dinners to feed the family or large group. Exceptional coffee, bar with espresso machine, traditional pot, Brewer, and pod Brewer. Free specialty coffee provided!



Dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar.



Plenty of seating in the living room for relaxing evenings. Large smart TV with multiple streaming apps and electric fireplace for cozy, cool nights.



Step out the sliding glass door from living room to your private balcony with ocean views and outdoor seating.



One king bedroom in the main floor with full bathroom right outside the door. Equipped with smart tv, plush linens and room darkening shades.



Walk up the stairs to the 2nd level with three additional bedrooms.



Primary Suite:



The primary bedroom has king size bed, queen pullout sofa & spa-like en-suite bathroom. All linens, amenities, and towels provided. Private balcony outside glass door with steps to reach the rooftop deck with stunning views.



3rd & 4th bedrooms:



Comfy Queen beds, smart TV’s and desk and office chair for a convenient private workspace. Full bathroom is right outside the bedroom doors.



Close to the Boardwalk (3 min drive / .8 miles). Walkable from house to restaurants, The famous Tiki Rooftop Bar, and live music. One block away from Fresh seafood n drinks at Spot Bar n Pizza next door.



Quiet street and safe residential street, two blocks away from the water park with summer events and paddle boats, Golf cart and Bike rentals 2 blocks away (they drop n pick up from the house).

Great place and location

The house is big and comfy - fit our family of 8 perfectly! Loved that we were a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of cute restaurants! I like to run and the greenway is right off the street about a 1/2 mile - super convenient! Would definitely recommend this house!

The property is nicely situated, a couple of blocks from the beach. There were many great also within walking distance. The house was as described, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood located 2 mins away from the beach. The house had everything my group needed and more. We walked in to snacks provided, and a an assortment of beach towels which definitely came in handy. This house is amazing for large groups and gives everyone a enough space to relax uninterrupted. The host was so helpful and kind and we look forward to visiting again.

Clean rooms, nice view, well stocked kitchen, nice family area. Rooms were nice and spacious. Issue with keyless entry, did not work our entire stay. Had to wait over an hour to hear from a host to help us get in. Unfortunately, someone always stayed at the house to let everyone in, one key, seven folks coming and going. We made the best of it.

No worries at the beach

We came for just 2 days. But the house was a really close walk to the beach. Seems like a fairly new build and was clean and well-maintained. Enjoyed the decks. Kitchen had dishes, coffee, and other stuff. Check-in and checkout was simple. Property manager was super helpful and kept in contact. Would like to rent again next time.

We just returned from an incredible time at this Carolina Beach VRBO, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house is not just charming; it’s spotless, beautifully styled, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. From plush towels and comfy beach chairs to a fully equipped kitchen, the hosts clearly anticipated every need.The location couldn’t be more perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the sand, we spent our mornings sipping coffee on the balconies (yes, three of them!) and our evenings strolling the beach under the sunset. Waking up to views of the ocean through the master bedroom window felt like staying in a vacation postcard.Inside, the living spaces are bright and airy. The open-concept layout and beachy décor created a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The beds were super comfortable, and the fire pit & grill were a hit with the kids.The hosts (Melissa) were fantastic—always available and quick to respond, making check-in effortless.
