Good for a night cap
The cabin is located in the middle of woods and is quite secluded. It had most of the necessities for a quick stay. However, the place was quite small and the bathroom was tiny and stuffy. My husband who is 6 ft could not get in to the bathroom without bending down. There was a fire pit but no fire. Fridge and the toaster oven was not clean. There was a bag of garbage and empty beer bottle thrown on the front yard

1. Mouse feces EVERYWHERE! Some of the most concerning areas were: in the bed, kitchen countertop, microwave, on the silverware in the drawer, on the kitchen towels in the drawer. 2. Dirty bedding: We had to strip the bed and go out and purchase our own linens due to the mouse feces, which was an extra expense to us. While stripping the bed linens, we found a used pair of men's boxers in the bedding. There were also crusty stains on the sheets. We are extremely disgusted that we were expected to sleep in dirty bedding that was not laundered after the last guests.3. We brought our own food to make while we were there and we're not comfortable doing so due to amount of feces on everything. Going out to purchase every meal was an extra expense that we did not plan for.4. There were spiders, webs, and bugs everywhere.5. We went to make coffee and the water reservoir on the machine had a substance in it that looked like bbq sauce. Going to get coffee each morning was an extra expense as well. Especially the gas.6. My boyfriend was using the restroom and a mouse literally ran across his feet.7. Overall cleanliness. It looked like the cabin hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Floors unswept. Cobwebs with dead bugs in them everywhere. Mouse feces everywhere. Dust and dirt on every surface. The shower was extremely dirty.8. The smell. It was almost unbearable to stay inside.9. I've been offered a 72 refund out of over 400 spent on the rental. What a joke!
