Mar Vista Penthouse apartment is in a secure urbanisation with electric security gates. It has free parking and is accessed by a flight of 15 steps. Totally Tranquil Holiday with Sun, Sea Mountains for company. Very Spacious upper a lower terracing with upper terrace having 360 degree views of sea and mountains. The lower terrace has 180 degree view of them. The apartment also overlooks the communal pool and gardens , so you family are in sight should you not wish to join them there. It is only a stones through away. The lounge is spacious with a three and two seater sofa. You are home from home with Premium tv channels and wifi. The kitchen has all you need should you wish to have a night in cooking utilising the dining table for four. There is a south facing sea view bedroom with standard size double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite toilet, bath and shower. A small hallway leads you to the second bathroom and then the second bedroom. It has a west facing sea view and two single beds. The apartment has modern decor throughout. There is a small utility room off the lower terrace which houses the washing machine and cleaning utensils. You can either relax and chill holiday with little to no disturbance except for the main holiday months of July and August when it is a vibrant locality, whether you know the area or not. If you don’t then there is plenty of beaches, restaurants to discover. You will need a vehicle to get around easily. The elegant city of Cartagena is close by as is the city of Murcia. You will not be disappointed holidaying here.
