This lower ground one bedroom, one bathroom apartment rental on the ground floor offers a private walled garden with dining furniture and barbecue facilities. Complimentary wifi during your stay.

The lounge/dining room has a Smart TV and access to the Community TV channels Patio doors lead to the private walled garden with table and chairs, This is an apartment for either a couple or single occupant.

The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The sleeping area is separated from the lounge area by a partial wall and has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Please note the bedroom does not have a window.

The bathroom offers a shower, vanity sink unit and toilet.

**Please note that this apartment really benefits guests in the summer by being lower ground it stays cooler in the apartment vs apartments higher up. It does get sun in the garden in the spring, summer and autumn but not so much in the winter when the sun is lower in the sky. In the winter therefore, it can be chillier in the apartment. Heaters are supplied but due to limiters installed in properties in Spain you cannot have too may appliances running. **

About La Manga club La Manga Club is a private 1400-acre resort situated on the lower slopes of the pine-covered Murcian hills amongst lemon groves. VERY POOR

It is advertised as " ..a beautiful apartment...on the ground floor.." but in reality, it is a gloomy basement, with a single window--which is necessarily obscured by lace curtains to provide some much-needed privacy.The electricity supply wiring is underpowered, which caused the system to trip frequently. There is information about this in guidance material at the property, alleging that Spanish electricity supply is not like UK etc. I doubt that this is a valid excuse, and in any event , the situation should have been fully disclosed to would-be renters beforehand, prior to their committing to the place.The windowless internal bedroom is very cramped with the two single beds jammed together, leaving just enough space to get to the bedhead--by walking sideways. The bedding is of poor quality.The bathroom is adequate, but the extractor did not work.

From the first night, i was planning to leave to stay in a hotel, as the place was dark and smelt damp. The door stuck half way as you entered. The beds were hard and the bedding was not good. The pillows were old and had gone into lumps. on a good note, it is in a good position for food and drinks and the pool was lovely. We have had a holiday home ourselves, so we were expecting something with a licence to be good. It didn't spoil our stay, but it could have been a lot better.

La Manga Apartment

I went to La Manga for a wedding with family staying nearby. The apartment was closed to the pool, where we all met up daily, closed to restaurants and some shops. Short walk to other facilities on the complex. Quite a bit of walking involved, which I enjoy but not for everyone. Loved to sit out in the small garden for morning coffee. The whole complex was very well kept and very clean.

Ideal para descansar y descubrir la zona

Apartamento ideal para dos personas, se ajusta perfectamente a descripciĂłn y fotos. Piscina a escasos 20 metros, zona muy tranquila. Añadir que la cocina no dispone de cafetera, sĂ­ hervidor de agua. El Ășnico PERO es que el jardĂ­n no estaba muy limpio ya que habĂ­a olor y heces de gatos.

Ok for a short visit

Didn’t really appreciate that the apartment was on the lower (basement) level and with the other properties surrounding it, the garden didn’t get any sun. This was a February stay, so it may be different in the summer months. It was quite cool in the apartment when we arrived and putting on more than 1 heater did trip the electrics. The proximity to the swimming pool, Bistro restaurant (excellent food) and supermarket was very convenient.

Excellent all round accommodation

Communication with the owner from the initial booking point was simple. This one bedroom accommodation was perfect for our requirements with fully fitted kitchen / shower and air-conditioning and was noticeably clean. My 11yr old daughter spent much of every day at the tennis academy some five minutes walk away. On her return we would take advantage of the large community pool located 150 meters from the accommodation where she made some good friends and during the evening we ventured 100 meters to take advantage of the restaurants / entertainment in the square. The complex felt safe and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you. Andy and Mia

Just what we needed.

We only needed a 1 bedroom apartment so this was perfect for us. It's position at La Manga club was ideal for visiting the places we have not been to for a few years, particularly Portman. The square round the corner was perfect for shops and bars. A really enjoyable holiday.

Excellent appartment in Bellaluz

Had a great stay after completing the Camino del Norte. Pippa's appartment is very well maintained and very handy for both Tennis and Golf as well as a great local pub , the Scotsman. The Vivir boutigue is also a must visit clothes shop and all the local residents are very friendly and welcoming.
