This property is front line Los Olivos, centrally located overlooking the main pool, directly opposite the tennis centre. This area is peaceful, yet central & conveniently situated. All bars and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away. The property includes three bedrooms (one double with en-suite & two twin bedrooms) Guests also have three private sun terraces. The main large balcony (20'x18') has a dining table with 6 chairs, built in barbecue and food preparation area with amazing views of the ocean at Mar Menor for great alfresco dining. The upper private balcony next to bedroom 3 (18'x16') hosts 6 sun loungers for private bathing. A private balcony off the main bedroom with en-suite enjoys a sunny area with table & 2 chairs. This luxury apartment offers exceptionally high ceilings creating a large open plan spacious interior with a smart Flat screen TV, with all sporting channels, movies, & British channels. We offer free internet access, central air conditioning ( offering seasonal cold or hot air) kitchen with granite work surfaces and all mod cons. The Tennis center hosting pĂĄdel tennis, Tennis, & pickle ball is conveniently located opposite Los Olivos. La Manga Club's beach 'La Carla' is a 5 minute drive away, hosting La Carla restaurant overlooking the mediterranean sea open during April-October.
Slightly further a field are beaches Playa Calblanque Mar de Crystal or La manga Strip. We love Surfing area ( 2km on la manga strip you’ll see surf boards indicating distance on the strip) mediterranean sea with sun beds for hire & fabulous seafood restaurants.
La Manga Club has two entrances to the complex which are both monitored by 24 hour security and barrier protection.

La manga hosts many tennis courts with private tuition or academics and have now introduced PĂĄdel tennis.

Padel tennis has mostly become popular because of its simplicity. It is effortless to learn for players of all ages and skills. And if you have ever played or even tried other racquet sports such as tennis or squash or badminton before, it will take you just some a short time to get to grips with this game.

The Racquets Club at La Manga Club Resort proudly boasts a new world-class Padel Centre featuring seven professional glass courts.

Court hire, private tuition, padel academies and weekly tournaments are all offered.

ADULT ACADEMY

Are you ready to take your game to the next level? Master the off-the-wall smash or improve your tray-shots? Our Adult Academy will develop your technique to master all areas of this exciting game and if you’re new to Padel, we'll get you up and running in no time, so you can get going, enjoy and have fun.

Our expert coaching team will group players of similar levels together and work on all areas to refine your game, teach new strokes, practise different game situations and learn good tactics.

The Academy takes place over 5 days Monday to Friday from 9-11am

JUNIOR ACADEMY

Our motivational team is ready and set to help younger players progress and develop their game, or to learn right from the beginning! Kids will love this fun and exciting academy. Smashes, volleys, tray-shots galore all at high speed with lots of laughs!

The Junior Academy takes place over 5 days Monday to Friday from 11am-1pm

PADEL WEEKENDER

This is the perfect programme for a long weekend away.

Our coaches will help you improve and understand Padel Tennis in this short academy. If you book as an individual it's a great opportunity to meet some new friends, or you can come as a group to enjoy a few action packed days in the sun.

Session times as follows: Friday 4-6pm; Saturday 11am-1pm & 4-6pm; Sunday 11am-1pm

INTRO TO PADEL

Why not join the tennis centre for a 90 minute session to discover this fun sport. Our professional coaches will advise and help you to get started playing this exhilarating game, learn the rules and basic techniques, a taste of how Padel feels!

Long Bank Holiday Break

Property was lovely - clean, airy and spacious. Location was great and views were amazing from the large terrace. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were caught up in the air traffic control problems and had to extend our stay - even though we were unable to stay at the property due to another booking, Kathryn and John went out of their way trying to help us sort out new accommodation and also arranged a last minute late check out so we could continue to have internet access. Would definitely recommend the apartment and would definitely visit again. Thanks for everything Jane

Our second visit to this apartment - always a risk in case it doesn’t live up to expectations but it was again a wonderful holiday. It is the perfect place for a family holiday - clean, spacious, apartment is really lovely, has everything you need - both pools are beautifully maintained, plenty of sunbeds. We have been staying at La Manga club for many years , and this was the best apartment yet ! We really enjoyed the stunning view and made use of the hammocks . We were so close to all the restaurants , tennis and the supermarket , all in walking distance. It was great to have an outdoor pool and the indoor one just over the road although it was a little disappointing not to have access to the gym shown in the photos when we booked. The three terraces were a huge bonus as you could always find the sun , as we were very lucky to have a hot sunny week in October ! A very well equipped and comfortable apartment with comfortable beds and large bathrooms ! Would definitely come back . Thanks

Very nice apartment

Was just as described and had everything we needed for our summer break. We took advantage of the table tennis and pools to spend some of the day, and imagine the indoor pool would be lovely for colder days. Nice views on the big terrace. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and even more a bit further out. Booking was easy and the owners were very helpful supplying extra detail to help us plan.

The apartment was perfect for us - spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, lovely terrace and views and so central to restaurants, par 47 and tennis centre. Two great sized outdoor pools and one indoor and plenty of sun beds not cramped together. We all loved it including 3 teenagers - already thinking how soon we can return!

Fabulous apartment and location!

This apartment is ideally located within the La Manga Club to have easy (walking) access to the pool, tennis courts, many bars, shops and restaurants. The view from the main balcony is wonderful - a great place to sit and take in the scenery over a coffee (or something a little stronger!); having one balcony at the front and two at the rear, you're always guaranteed to find a sunny spot. Ample car parking is available right next to the building. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to help towards making a very pleasurable holiday. Kathy and the management team were all very approachable, helpful and quick in answering any questions we had.

The property is in a Great location especially for the tennis club. The views are stunning. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Ideal for 2/3 couples to share. There are 3 balconies so plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views especially from the front balcony overlooking La Manga Strip in the distance. We are definitely going to book this apartment again.

Would recommend for families as very close to central communal pool that is supervised daily by life guards. We loved this apartment last year and returned again this year. Los Olivos is so central to the facilities at La Manga club, being very close to the tennis centre, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The apartment overlooks the lovely pool and there's a wonderful view of La Manga strip and sea in the distance. The apartment is very spacious and the three bedrooms are a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. It is useful to have two bathrooms too. There are two balconies, one at the front and one at the back, so you can catch the sun all day, wherever it is shining. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
