My son stayed here and there were roaches everywhere! The amount of money you pay to stay here you shouldn’t have to deal with bugs to where you can’t sleep. Should be refunded!!

They have roaches everywhere kids had to sleep in car,only came in to take shower,and after shower shake clothes out and check for more roaches,Hallways stink,You got people sleeping in the hallways,toilet constantly backing up and when I ask for a plunger the MANAGER got mad terrible place to stay

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!This property was absolutely terrible. When we checked in, there was a 1/2 metal garage door lowered over the check in desk and a note to call a number to have some one come check us in. The note read it could take up to 30 mins. It was late so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we got to the room, there were cockroaches on the floor and we left for another hotel. We came back the next morning at 8:30am, same sign, and same note. Both times we called and when the person arrived, they never lifted the door, except a crack at the bottom.

Issues: I Couldn’t check in until about 4pm room wasn’t done getting cleaned Our room was in the back on the lot of the hotel it was men standing all in the parking lot One man was cutting hair in the bushesthe bushes also man standing outside all day and night Lastly the back door opens without a key unsafe! Room was clean Room had bare minimum essentials lol There is a stove no cups plates bowls spoons though Beds hard af
