The room was clean very basic. It was dirty but I seen spots in the bathroom that could have been cleaned better. I did my own pre cleaning before using things and it was needed. The power went out in the hotel multiple times during my stay and staff act as if it was normal which kind of delayed my day but overall it was a cool stay.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean. The casino is easily walkable from the rooms which was nice. The on-site bar and grill has a very limited menu. The food was decent but I would probably recommend going elsewhere if possible. The staff was very polite and friendly. If I was ever in the area again I would stay again

From the wonderful, kind, happy lady that checked us in, to the gal in the grill, everyone was smiling and pleasant. What an enjoyable stay. My only comment that was not 5 star had to do with a lack of hot water for a shower. I took mine right after we checked in, maybe 9pm. The water was tepid; i love a hot shower, but figured everyone took an evening shower, except.....my husband took his shower about 6:30am, and had the same issue, except he said he heard the shower said " the water is hot", but it only lasted a few seconds. Im still laughing about the talking shower!

Room was exceptional - clean and modern, gorgeous linens and comfy beds. Plenty of outlets and USBs. Needs a real restaurant tho. Snack bar was not adequate.

When I arrived on the property they did not have my booking! Even though I had the receipt and all my info! I was literally at the front desk for an hour waiting to finally get in my room! The lady working the front desk was extremely friendly and very apologetic but didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience! She is definitely not trained to do her job even though she’s been with the company 25 plus years! When I went to check out this morning and lady in a tshirt and sweatpants checked me out. Not friendly not professional at all. This is a a casino not a motel!

Bottle water bath

Everything was good at first but then when I was in the shower the water cut completely off while having my face covered in soap. Had to use water bottles to rinse off. Went and told front desk about the situation. They did come quickly to look at the problem. They didn’t have another room to offer except for another hotel room that was across the street. We just decided to ride it out. All we got was a sorry. I figured they would’ve offered a free night stay or discount or something. Usually kindness wins but not this time! Lol. Guess I should’ve went crazy on them.

Not so good experience this time.

I have visited this place before the new facility so i know what it was like before. I was expecting new and clean considering it’s new. Not the case!!! The hotel floors were not clean. Sticky and made your socks black. I could not manage to find any decaffeinated coffee in the whole place and we stayed 2 days. They also wouldn’t let me take my decaffeinated sweet tea on the casino floor. No outside drinks allowed. However, they only offer carbonated drinks and water on the casino floor. Therefore, i am only offered water if i chose to play. I don’t mind water but i would like a switch up while on vacation. So, i didn’t play and spend any money in the casino while i was there. There also was a casino employee who asked me to delete my pictures of the casino because they weren’t allowed. I wasn’t even gambling, just going to the restroom. I didn’t see a sign saying no pictures so I didn’t delete them. At this point you need all the positive reviews you get. I didn’t delete my pics or leave a good review. We won’t be back!
