The room was adequate and roomy. The coffee did not get resupplied daily, I had to asked the woman at breakfast for pods. THAT lady was great. Very helpful and personable. The carpet was dirty enough to show runoff when the shower started.

The young girl at the front desk was very nice. My family was in town for a funeral and she was very kind to my parents and the rest of our family as well. I forget her name but I believe she said she was from Buffalo and just started working there. Please pass along my appreciation for her kindness.

A lot of money to pay for a pet smell hotel.

Great location. Service was absolutely phenomenal. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The problem belies with the cleanliness of the room. The first room was a king suite and smelled like pee so bad it made my eyes water. The front desk said they were not let rooms however the smell was overwhelming. The second room was almost as bad. The side tables had not been wiped down and the smell is horrible again. It actually made me take my inhaler and double allergy meds. This was also a non let room. They definitely need to take better care of the housekeeping issues including cleaning carpets!

The staff was very friendly, the room was excellent. They were very pet friendly for my shepherd. Was given a room on the first floor for easy accessibility for my pet. When our key cards didn't work the next day, the staff quickly fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this hotel!
