Villa Satis is the ideal solution for a vacation in Apulia dedicated to quiet and relaxation, surrounded by nature and in the beautiful infinity pool or tanning on the beach beds in the solarium area or eating under the stone vaults of the verandah. The house is equipped with barbecue and internet connection.

The luxury of simplicity
The barrel vaults and star vaults are cozy and protective and with natural stones that characterize the whole villa, with its beautiful floor. The villa consists of a living area where nothing was left to chance: there are a beautiful dining room and a sitting room with sofa and television. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with electric oven and dishwasher.
A hallway separates the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning. The bedrooms are simple and essential but still elegant. There are 3 bathrooms with shower, with characteristic elements made from olive wood.

The villa has accessories that make a luxury vacation unique and comfortable, but at the same time authentic, just like the olive trees that surround the property. The property is entirely fenced and it shares the electric gate with another villa with pool, which is far and entirely independent. In addition to the pool, solarium, outdoor equipped area, air conditioning, wifi connection and dishwasher, the villa is equipped with washing machine, parking area and mosquito nets.

The surroundings 
Beautiful luxury villa for vacations near Gallipoli, is in Casarano, in the countryside Manfio, enriched by olive trees. It`s the heart of Salento, the house is halfway between the Ionian coast and the Adriatic coast, which are 20 kilometers away. The closest beach, for those who want to dive in the Apulian sea, is Baia Verde of Gallipoli. Casarano, with its amenities, is 4 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared entry and gate with another independent house.
