Comfortabel huis met vier badkamers, vier slaapkamers en 5 toiletten.

Pros: Terras en zwembad. Leuk strand im Sabinillas op 5 autominuten van de villa. Cons: Er wordt in de omgeving gebouwd en dat gaat soms gepaard met lawaai. Ook soms lawaai van palmbomensnoeiers. Het is echt een woonwijk, dus je hebt altijd een auto nodig om naar supermarkt of restaurants te gaan.
