Extremely unprofessional and rude, the front desk attendant was verbally abusive and threatened physical violence against myself and others! I'll never stay at a Best Western property again!

Desk clerk was very nice upon check in. I just wish we had known that the pool was closed. We had two children with us and specifically chose this hotel for the pool. Because we booked through Expedia, we were not able to receive a discount due to not being able to use the pool.

We arrived 2:15 p.m. after driving six hours. Checking in we were told that we couldn’t check in because either check in time was at three or our room wasn’t ready. ( take your pick) so we waited in the car for 45 minutes. One of the two elevators wasn’t working and they were pouring concrete outside the lobby. All this for $175 a night. Never again

I apologize that we were unable to accommodate your request for an early check in. Guaranteed check in time is at 3pm. If we have rooms clean and available prior to this time, we are happy to check you in early, however, this is not always a possibility. Your room was not yet ready upon your arrival at 2:15pm. We are currently doing maintenance on the elevator and the exterior of the property. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused to you.
