The villa of 350m2 is located in one of the tourist destinations par excellence on the Costa Brava only 4km from the beach and 35km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed on two floors with beautiful views of the mountains and a large outdoor area with a private pool and hammocks, webber barbecue, garden and table tennis. We find on the main floor: kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace with outdoor furniture, 1 suite-type bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed for two guests and 1 bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with showers and 1 living room with a pull-out double bed. It has all kinds of equipment such as dishwasher, Nespresso / Dolce Gusto / Italian coffee machine, air conditioning in the dining room, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, cot and high chair, free garage with capacity for 4 cars and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups under 30 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
