Alles war ok, außer Küche. Bei essen Vorbereitung ist ständig Stromsicherung rausgesprungen, Spülmaschine könnte nicht spülgang beenden. Müsste Geschirr mit Hand spülen. Ansonsten haben wir unser Aufenthalt genossen.

Je commence par les points positifes L´emplacement excellent, vous etes a 30 mn de la plage a pieds 5 mn en voiture tres animé vous pouvez profiter du levé du soleil sur la plage Commerce a proximite A cote de la maison un parc pour les petits et pour se balader La piscine grande propre et tres bien entretenue La climatisation pour nous c´etait tres important Le propriétaire est tres a l´ecoute on a eu un probleme avec un des climatiseur et il etait remplacé sur le champ Les points negatifs l´equipement sont tres enciens l´eau stagne en bas du frigo la plaque de cuisson tres tres tres lente si vous comptez cuisiner c´est pas la peine La chambre d´exterieur ne comunique pas avec la maison et n´a pas de toilette pzs pratique la nuit mais une douche et un lave main ds la chambre La troisieme chambre a l´etage tres petite et tres chaude on l´a pas utilisé ma fille a prefere dormir dand le salon Et un peu de vis a vis sur la piscine ,il y a un grand imeuble en face de la maison On a passé d´exellente vacances Empuria est une ville qu´on aprecie beacoup et vous pouvez visitez les villes a cote ca vaix vraiment le coup

Miserabel
Veroudert huis op een minder goede locatie .Elektriciteit volledig verouderd. Onmogelijk om airco te gebruiken , 2 aanleggen en direct zonder stroom. Ook afwasmachine in keuken + 1 airco = zonder stroom. Ook is er sprake van 2 badkamers???? Stopcontacten hangen uit de muur. Ondanks inspanningen van de eigenaar is dit huis het kwaliteitslabel van VRBO onwaardig. Voordeur sluit niet, grote en kleine ingangspoort hangen uit hun hengsels enz. .. Dus ik zou dit huis aan niemand aanraden om te huren´,of er zouden serieuze verbetering werken moeten gebeuren.

Das Haus wurde uns nicht sauber übergeben & einige Einrichtungsgegenstände waren defekt. Trotz all dieser Dinge, war es ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Bonne expérience, mais maison un peu petite pour 8 personnes, nous avons du rajouter un matelas gonflable au salon. Les nettoyages n étaient pas extrêmement bien fait, et beaucoup de fourmis partout dans la maison. Pour les plaques de la cuisinière, il faut avoir beaucoup de pacience ça ne chauffe pas très vite. Schöner Urlaub
Wir waren als Familie zu fünft in diesem Haus. Wir hatten viel Platz, alles Notwendige war vorhanden, v.a. auch in der Küche. Der Pool mit Umgebung war schön und sauber. Besonders hilfreich war auch die Klimaanlage, v.a. für die Nächte. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell, freundlich und angenehm, auch Ein- und Auschecken unkompliziert. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 30 min. Die Autos der angrenzenden Straße waren im Außenbereich zu hören. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
