In a typically Mediterranean hilltop village, close (3km) to a town with a very rich past (the black pearl of Languedoc), at the gates of the garrigue, an area of freedom for mountain bike rides; 20 minutes from the beaches including "rochelongue" cap d'agde, come and enjoy a pleasant spacious house, 4 bedrooms, swimming pool on 1000 m2 of gardens.

Ground floor: living room, dining room, fireplace. 2 Bedrooms (each a double bed), fully equipped fitted kitchen. Bathroom.

Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and 1 double bed. And a sofa bed and one with 1 double bed and 1 double bed in one of the bedrooms.

Exterior: plancha, 4 sun loungers, modern (not on the photos), several terraces…

Round swimming pool of almost 7 m in diameter. Perfect. Maximum depth 1.50 m

Tres belle maison spacieuse avec Piscine.
Tres bon sejour au milieu des vignes de castelnau. Calme et tranquillité sont de mise. Grand terrain entierement clôturé. Nous y sommes allé avec 2 huskys helas ils n ont pas pu apprécié l espace et la sécurité car fortes chaleurs et ils sont habitués a etre sur de l herbe et dans cette region c est rare d en trouver. La maison est entièrement climatisée et tres bien equipee. Le proprietaire est disponible tres facilement au telephone et prend des nouvelles. Nous sommes entierement satisfait.

Très bon séjour
Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de voir le propriétaire absent cette semaine, mais il était toujours disponible par téléphone ou message pour répondre à toutes les questions avant, pendant et après la réservation. Nous étions en vacances familiales mon mari, mon frère mes parents et mon petit-fils Maison très agréable, répondant à toutes nos attentes. Lieu calme et superbe jardin. Tous nos repas ont été pris sur la terrasse devant la maison car ombragée. Mon petit bout de chou de 2.5 ans a été ravi de dormir dans un grand lit car le lit parapluie n'est plus adapté à sa corpulence. Je recommande vivement cette location à deux pas de Pezenas et ses belles petites rues. Malheureusement impossible de profiter de Calstelnau avec mes parents qui ne pouvaient pratiquer ses rues pentues.

Très satisfaite
La maison à répondu à toutes nos attentes, le village calme et la proximité de Pézenas et Sète, de la plage à quelques minutes en voiture, l'état intérieur, les couchages, les commodités, tout était très bien. Bel accueil téléphonique du propriétaire et accès facile à la maison. Je recommande !

Maison au calme sans vis à vis mais qui est un peu vieillotte mais fonctionnelle ! Le barbecue et la plancha ne sont pas utilisables! Le propriétaire est très agréable !
