Villa il Nido is located in the hills just on the edge of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, in Tuscany.

The Garfagnana area is an historical region of Italy that today is part of the province of Lucca near the beginning of the Alpi Apuane's Natural Reserve Park and the Appennines. The area is covered by forest vegetation, dipped in the green of Tuscany and set at the edge of a chestnut grove.
The "Garfagnana" is the green heart of Tuscany and offers the warmth of rural people, medieval hamlets, art, folklore, and a long culinary tradition.
The owner can arrange accommodation of the clients in either "Villa il Nido" or in the "Il Palazzetto" (also published in our websites).
Villa il Nido and Palazzetto are surrounded by large, independent and private green space with a panoramic view of the Appennines and surrounding hillsides.
Both properties have private parking.
The most beautiful and famous cities of art can be easily reached not only by car, but also by train (Lucca/Pisa/Firenze/Siena).

- private original Country Spring Water round pool, 5.50m in diameter and 1.60m deep
- barbecue
- parking within the grounds.

Distances: The distance between the house and Castelnuovo train station is KM. 2,400; the center of Castelnuovo is 900 mt.; the nearest Bar - Pizzeria - Restaurant are 450 mt. far only. Bus stop just 600 mt from the villa.
Owner's accommodation is adjacent.

"IL NIDO" Serendipity is composed of two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two twin beds and three bathrooms with shower.
The house features original beamed ceilings throughout.
The lounge area is equipped with Internet free connection (Wi-fi) a satellite Led TV, radio/ DVD player with speaker system.
The lounge is also equipped with a fireplace and a loft for reading and relaxing.
The kitchen with dining room area and pantry is equipped with stove, microwave and electric oven, fridge, orange squeezer, american coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
The particular decoration of the sheltered patio, located near the BBQ in the large outdoor area, and the panoramic solarium terrace will make you feel totally relaxed.
You can, further more, take pleasure sunbathing on the panoramic terrace or using the private original Country Spring Water round pool ( available from 15th may to 30th september) , 5.50m in diameter and 1.60m deep.
