The Bel Jou Hotel was clean with two very nice pools. The gym was okay but I would suggest better spinning bikes. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the Hummingbird was fabulous. What really makes the Bel Jou a great hotel to stay at is the exceptional service from the staff. Princess and Keisha are two staff members who are outstanding. I have traveled the world and have visited many different hotels. The Bel Jou Hotel has the best customer service and staff that I have ever encountered. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The room was just like a regular hotel room. Nothing fancy, but I did enjoy the veranda. Overall, it was fine for the price. The hotel was older and you can tell. It’s starting to show its age in some areas but still for the price, I thought you couldn’t beat it. It was nice and relaxing, and the staff could not have been friendlier and more accommodating! The shuttle taking you to the beach was nice in that particular beach was one of the nicer ones. I actually liked it just as well as the beach at Rodney Bay that we had to spend $30 one way for a cab ride. The food was about what I expected. It’s resort type food. I thought it was good but it’s not five star dining again, the price point paid reflected everything that I expected. Overall, I was very satisfied and I would stay there again.

Loved the staff and food. Machrain, Mikey, Joulie and Brendon went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Also front desk was very accommodating. Overall a lovely stay. The free shuttle service was nice.

My experience at Bel Jou was wonderful, I would've booked an all inclusive trip and i was very impressed by the environment, staff and food. Also, it was 10 mins away from the airport so it was very convenient for me. Overall a wonderful experience

All employees are nice , it was little far from main attractions and beach but they have transportation. Everyone was very helpful, food was great ! Overall I like the hotel .

The property was decent. I felt some of the staff were a little bit rude but Madrina and the day manager were awesome! I didn’t like the quality of hygiene items. And they don’t stock your refrigerator even though it’s all inclusive.
