Beautiful resort. The beach front cottages are great, the ocean is just steps away from your door. Everything was exceptional - the staff, the food, the spa, and the lazy river was so relaxing. Definitely a must go if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet and relaxing resort.

Even though the resort is beautiful and the sounds are peaceful, the food options are limited and not Lucian style. I was looking for more of a ethnic food vibe. The bar staff was amazing, with the exclusion of one particular person. My room was on the ground floor and security that was suppose to make me feel safe, saw me come in late in the night and asked me over and over if he can come into my room. I quickly locked the door and closed the curtains. this place is probably good for older folks who just want quiet and rest. i would not spend the money if you want a Lucian experience. I met some wonderful people despite the negative experiences who made me feel warm and welcomed. Shot out to, Tasha Michael Dean who went out of their way to make my experience more pleasurable.

A Truly Exceptional Resort Experience From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the lush, green grounds that gave the resort a tropical, almost jungle-like atmosphere, beautifully maintained and vibrant. The room was impeccably clean and met every expectation for comfort and quality. The resort offers an impressive range of amenities, including water sports, a full-service spa, and easy beach access. Transportation around the property was seamless, and I felt extremely safe throughout my stay. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the outstanding staff. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Keegan, Jackie, Casey, Myckel, Chelsea, Jassie, and Shana. Each of them brought warmth and sincerity to every interaction, making me feel genuinely welcome; like I was at home. This resort has become my absolute favorite, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-rounded, and memorable getaway.
