This property features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10 very comfortably) - two bedrooms downstairs and two up with a full bathroom on each level. Guests can relax and unwind in this serene space or take advantage of the public boat launch just a 1/4 mile from the property. Once you are in the water, you can keep your boat/kayak/jet ski moored within feet from the house at the private 58 x 8' aluminum floating dock complete with power (BYOBB - bring your own boat bumpers). There is even a retractable latter for the kids to swim right off the dock! In the evenings, settle in by the huge outdoor fire pit. Completely equipped kitchen with air fryer, gas stove, electric oven, cookware, and dishes as well as basic spices and condiments.
