Tucked away in the heart of WA’s Great Southern and surrounded by pristine state forest, our farm offers a rare kind of stillness — where the only sounds are birdsong, wind in the trees, and laughter shared over a slow breakfast or a starlit dinner.

Whether you're catching up with extended family or enjoying time with friends, this is a place to slow down and savour the simple things — crisp country air, wide open paddocks, and space to breathe.

Our spacious, well-equipped farmhouse features four large bedrooms, plus an extra room with a sofa bed — ideal for kids or additional guests. The master bedroom includes an ensuite, while a second bathroom and separate toilet offer added comfort for larger groups.

There are two generous living areas for relaxing and entertaining — including a main lounge with a cosy wood fire and big-screen TV for winter nights, and a sun-drenched rear sitting room with views over the paddocks for quiet summer afternoons.

Outside, a fully enclosed below-ground pool and BBQ area provide the perfect setting for long, lazy days in the sun. And all around you, a working farm hums quietly with life — offering a genuine taste of country living.
