Superb vacation home with private pool and enclosed garden on the edge of Caunes-Minervois, a beautiful medieval village in the Aude, in a quiet location with stunning views of the village and vineyards. The interior of this villa is tastefully decorated and equipped with a modern kitchen. The swimming pool (only accessible by stairs) is framed by a beautiful tiled terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The property is completely fenced and you can park on the property. This beautiful vacation home with private pool awaits you 21 km from the remarkable city of Carcassonne. Caunes - Minervois has various stores, a children's playground, a 13th century Benedictine abbey and shady café terraces. A 25-minute drive away is the medieval city of Carcassonne, which is surrounded by two defensive walls and dominated by fifty-two towers and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can discover the city by horse-drawn carriage or small train. Try the famous cassoulet, accompanied by an excellent local wine. We also recommend a trip to the Canal du Midi, which connects Toulouse with Sète through famous vineyards and picturesque villages.
