It was a very quaint cottage but in need of updates. The sofabed was awful!! It was September and the heater in the cottage did not heat the bathroom or the bedroom and was just inches from the sofabed so it was very warm there. Very convenient place to stay but not that comfortable. Lots of the cottages had been painted but not ours.

The unit itself was perfect….. inside! Very quaint but clean and well appointed. Outside needs some attention, we were however there on the closing weekend. Maybe they’ll paint and clean up the outsides before opening in the spring! I hope so, if they do the package would be complete!

The outside of the buildings needs some refreshing but once inside everything is clean and well kept. The guy doing reception did a great job getting us settled in after a long day on the road.

These bungalows looked pretty run down on the outside,but the interiors, while dated, have been kept in good repair. The small kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and we were grateful for the outdoor grill

This property has been a popular place to stay in Cavendish for a very long time. The cottages are old but very well kept.We stayed in the 6 person cottage with 2 bedrooms and pull out sofa. It looked exactly like the pictures on their website, so no surprises there. It had an atmosphere of a cozy log cabin. They had enough kitchen utilities (cutlery, dishes etc.) to support our needs and everything was very clean. I read some not so great reviews after I had booked our stay, but we did not experience any of those things. We were very happy with the cottage we were in and would have liked to have stayed longer but it was just a weekend trip. We would definitely stay here again when we go back to the island. Staff was very friendly as well. Thank you "Green Gables Bungalow Court" for a great weekend!

Rustic & Clean!

The cabin was very clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cabins look a little rustic on the outside, but are surprisingly clean inside. I would definitely go back!

Was a nice little spot however the cottage was extremely small and outdated. The one bedroom only had room for the bed and dresser, no walking space. The shower was very small and the pull out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was advertised as heated but was very cold. Couple positives > it was clean, lots of fresh towels and wash cloths, the wifi worked and there was a decent playground for my son to play at.
