Oceanfront Cayucos Cottage on the sand

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and step off the front porch onto the sand. Take a long walk on the beach to quaint downtown Cayucos if you like. You can explore the shops and restaurants. Surfing, boogie boarding or body surfing are all right out in front of the house. If you prefer you can just take it easy on the upper or lower deck. You will not be disappointed!

You may notice that there are comments about an odd layout of the house. The inside has been remodeled so now the house has 4 completely separate and private bedrooms and an additional bathroom so the layout is no longer strange. All bathrooms have also been remodeled.

Great house for a family gathering in the days after Christmas! The house is well appointed and the setting on the beach is amazing. We had beautiful sunsets each night and morning walks on the beach. The town of Cayucos is charming, great coffee and restaurants and the beach is stunning. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful home with great beach access and amazing view. Was perfect for my family. Bathrooms were updated and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Host was easy to deal with as well.

Great beach house for our family, Very clean and good amenities. Some better pictures of the rooms and layout of the upstairs, downstairs and outside would help with trip planning. The view is spectacular.

So blessed to have stayed here! This was the FIRST family vacation with our kids AND grandchildren! It was the perfect location, and the space was perfect for all 3 families( adults had their own room and kids stayed together in their own room). We had amazing weather and there was plenty of beach gear to sit on or play with. We never lacked for anything! We were thankful to be able to do our laundry there and ate most meals in with a well stocked (with utensils etc)kitchen. Two families came from Texas and it was well worth the trip! We are planning for next year already!

We visited in June with our extended family to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. We had 4 adult couples and one child. We had plenty of space and did not feel crowded. We hosted dinners with our extended family and had everything we needed. The host was exceptional. We discovered that the barbecue was not functional, and within a few hours he delivered a brand new one. All of our family enjoyed all of the spaces provided. A beautiful deck area for people that were not able to make it down to the beach and a second lower patio and fire pit. We enjoyed the beautiful beach views out of the large front windows every morning and our 10-year-old was ecstatic about the convenient beach access. Overall wonderful stay and we would definitely return.
