BEDROOMS: Two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, all with blackout shades and designer bedding. Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Relax in the private hot tub after a day of exploring. Gather around the fire table on the deck or roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Fully fenced backyard for privacy and pet safety.

KITCHEN & DINING: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, Keurig coffee bar with complimentary pods. Large dining area seats the whole group.

AMENITIES: Fast WiFi, 3 smart TVs (65` and 50`), washer/dryer, 2-car garage, central AC, and board games for family fun. EV charger available.

LOCATION: Less than 2 miles to UNI, under 1 mile to Downtown Historic District, 1 block from MercyOne Medical Center. Easy access to Cedar Falls restaurants, shops, and the Cedar Valley trail system.

PET FRIENDLY: We welcome pets with a $200 pet fee. Fenced yard keeps your furry friends safe.

PERFECT FOR: UNI game days, family gatherings, wedding parties, medical stays, or a relaxing Iowa getaway. 2-car garage with EV charger for road trippers.

SAFETY: Exterior Ring cameras and doorbell video cameras. No interior cameras.
There is no lifeguard on duty for the hot tub.

We have neighbors so please respect the quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Weekly maintenance is performed on the hot tub on Fridays so please be advised if your reservation includes a Thursday or Friday stay, the maintenance will be performed during your stay. They do not need access to the home. In the event it becomes necessary to drain and refill the hot tub as a result of misuse of the hot tub or by the introduction of foreign substances into the tub i.e. soap, shampoo, oils, glass, metal or bodily functions will result in a service call charge of no less then $100.00.

No parties, no smoking, no children left unattended in the hot tub or near the fire pit.


$150.00 pet fee. Max pets: 2. Your pet MUST be kenneled if you are leaving the property, do not leave your pet unattended in our home. In addition, do not allow the pet on furniture or in the beds. Also please pick up after your pet in the yard. Not following these rules will result in an additional cleaning fee.

If you`re interested in arriving up to 2 hours early or checking out up to 2 hours late, just let us know in advance. Availability depends on our cleaning schedule, and the fee for this service is $50. This payment goes directly toward compensating our cleaner for adjusting their schedule.
