The Memory Maker House (MMH) is where guests gather, connect, and make memories. We are a kid-ready (baby gate/monitor/bath, pack-and-play, high chair, kid cups/plates/silverware) and dog-friendly place. Parking for 4 cars, including a 2-car covered garage. Enjoy an open-floor plan - dining room/kitchen seating blend together. College Hill is a 5-minute walk, downtown Cedar Falls is a 5-minute drive, and the Dome is < a mile. MMH was completely renovated in 2023 - it is basically a new house.

The owners chose layout, furnishings, accommodations, supplies, etc. like their family would stay and/or work there. The living room has a pocket door which effectively turns the room into a dedicated workspace or an escape for kids to watch TV. The kitchen flows into the dining area, so big groups can have a meal together - at the kitchen island, dining table, or both. Upstairs you will find washer/dryer, master (king) bedroom/full bath, and three bedrooms/full bath. All bedrooms have black-out curtains. Three TV’s: 75” (family room), 65” (MBR), 55” (living room).
