This was an excellent place to stay! Perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Tom, the host was very accommodating with our schedule and dealing with a snowstorm in the middle of our visit. I highly recommend it. The house looks exactly like shown in the pictures.

Great property! Exceeded our expectations.

We were able to accommodate 13 adults and 5 children ages 6 Mo to 6 yrs for all meals. 7 slept at the house and we could have easily accommodated more! The location was great. The house was very clean well stocked with towels, coffee, paper towels, etc. Family from out of state said they would stay again!

The property was very nice and clean. Lots of space. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking utensils and dishes. There were 9 adults in our group and never felt crowed. Would definitely choose the home again if we are back in the area for something. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located for anyone having events in the cedar valley area

This house was perfect for our group--we were in town attending sporting events at UNI. The home was very clean, the host was responsive and the neighborhood was very nice. I would recommend this vacation rental to others and would stay here again.

We had a small family gathering at the house. Everything was exactly like it was in the photos. This is the first vrbo rental i have rented that supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash for all the bathrooms.

Great house in a great location

So nice to have a house to stay in for our trip. This one has a great kitchen and living room. Coffee set up was perfect. Lots of space (we didnt even use it all!) Really nice and safe neighborhood. So much better than any of the close hotels. Thanks for a great stay.

Fabulous with kids

This home is top notch. The layout was fabulous with kids, the location was spot on, the beds were comfy, the shampoo and conditioner were lovely, plenty of soap, paper towel and TP for us for 4 days. There were multiple parks/playgrounds within walking distance or a very short drive (check out Oakhill elementary!) the Phelps children's museum, the splash pad at the river walk, and ninja U were amazing. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a 10 minutes drive. We enjoyed Cindy Lou's BBQ and Single Speed Brewery. The only complaint is that there weren't many "supplies" no hot pads, no butter knives, no spatulas, no mixing bowls. The home has the upstairs bedrooms on the far end of the house, far away from the kitchen. One of the basement bedrooms had a closet large enough to put a crib, pack and play, etc. We were there when it was 90+ every day and the house felt cool and we never felt hot. Hands down, one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in.
