The room wasn’t spotless, and I found a few dead bugs on the floor. It was also quite small compared to other hotels. Despite these minor issues, the staff was amazing, and I only stayed for about 12 hours.

I was disapointed with snow removal in the parking lot. 5 inches of snow to get to my car and having to drag my luggage because the wheels wouldnt work in all the snow. A plow started doing some removal around 6:15a.m. That did not help those of us who needed to get to the airport for redeye flights

Hotel was clean - room and bathrooms had fresh sheets and towels. Small refrigerator and iron w/board. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, fruits, bagels, and toast. The attendant kept making sure items were stocked. I appreciated the coffee bar in the lobby with teas and hot cocoa. Very close to the airport. I didn't use this but they also offer a shuttle to the airport. I would def stay again staff very polite.
