The room was OK but all of the blinds for the windows that covered 2 full exterior walls were broke. They had wires hanging from them and there appeared to be a switch on the wall that would have raised them up and down. I was on the 11 floor and there was no ice there. Instead of guessing what floors had ice, I went down to the front desk to find out it was on the even floors but it wasn’t communicated anywhere.

We love this place. My only complaint was the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was no staff support to communicate what happened and that we were safe to return to our rooms. It seemed like we were left hanging after a very startling event.

It is a very clean hotel and easy to get around in. The staff were good. There was a lot of commotion during tue night but it New Years eve. There were two gentlemen sleeping in the breakfast area in the morning, but the staff did ask them to leave.
