We came in with two cars. One was able to park at your hotel. The front desk staff recommended the Harrison Street garage for the other. Please recognize that some of us are older and technology does not come easy to some of us. A little more help explaining/help on how that works would be much appreciated. At checkout I had a question about if I needed to do anything when I leave the Harrison garage. I was told, “that’s a public garage, I don’t know anything about it”. If you are going to recommend a place for additional parking it would be really nice if your front desk knows how it works. I was quite taken aback at how rude this woman was. If she didn’t know she could at least be nice. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.

I think everything was good about this spot, but they surprised us with a $100 pet cleaning fee for a one night stay. Hotels.com doesn’t clearly lay out this fee, but does list them as dog friendly. So just an FYI for other pet parents, that is the highest fee I’ve seen.
