The open-plan living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming atmosphere and direct access to a small private balcony of 9 m2, furnished with outdoor seating and boasting a very beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom is equipped with a double french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 195 cm in length, providing a comfortable and restful retreat.
