Featherston subdivision is located within the Bentonville School District and features walking trails, an awesome dog park, and a duck pond with future volleyball and pickleball courts to come.

The downstairs features an open concept living room and kitchen great for entertaining or relaxing after a long day at work or on the trails. The kitchen comes prepared with all essential cookware, plates, drinkware and a Keurig. In the office you will find an adjustable standing desk and monitor designed to optimize your comfort and productivity.

Upstairs you'll discover a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and massive walk-in closet, two guest bedrooms with a full bathroom to share and is completed by a washer and dryer conveniently located between the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom also features queen beds.
