Quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in a quiet neighborhood a convenient 4 miles from downtown Clemson. With easy access to both Central & Clemson, all the needed amenities are just a short drive (or Uber) away! Cook meals or prepare tailgate food in our fully equipped kitchen, or sit and relax in our spacious open living/dining area. There are 3 bedrooms capable of sleeping 10 adults. The driveway has room for 3 large vehicles. *No house parties, pets, or smoking allowed.

Clemson Graduation Stay

We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Clemson. It was the perfect location. We could get into town quickly. The house was clean and we wish we only found it sooner. Such a great location! Communication was excellent with the owners. They made it super easy. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great place to get together for a family weekend! Enjoyed the close proximity to Clemson and just enough off the beaten path to avoid football weekend traffic. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

It keeps getting better

This is the second time we stayed at this property in 2 weeks. It feels like home. I love being able to arrive after a long drive a house that is perfectly clean and organized for our stay. It really does feel like our home away from home. I love all of the Clemson decor. It brings the energy of football weekends to life. I highly highly recommend but also hope that few people discover this property so it will be available for my next visit!

Winning stay despite the loss

We had 3 couples visiting our kids at Clemson for the FSU football weekend. The house is the perfect place for us to call home for two days. The sophisticated decor and Clemson theme made us feel the spirit of Tigertown. The rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Everything is new and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and a nice break from the crowds downtown, yet only a 10 min drive. Kelleham (sorry if this is spelled wrong) is a fantastic host! He is very responsive and super friendly. I’m looking forward to our next stay there in 2 weeks for homecoming!

Great place for family to stay for my daughter’s Clemson graduation. Layout is great. Bedrooms are large. Open floor plan. Clean. Owner let us check in early. Out of the crazy of campus but quick 7 min drive to campus for events! Great time!

Clemson Homecoming 2022

Our family enjoyed a nice, comfortable stay in this house! We enjoyed a fun family weekend together, celebrating a Clemson football victory and a birthday. We have with 2 grandsons/toddlers who enjoyed playing in the backyard & we cooked on Saturday night. Everything was provided for a lovely stay with ample linens and a well-furnished kitchen. Close & convenient to the stadium!

Great Spot for Clemson Weekend

We stayed at this home for the Clemson NC State game and it was perfect. 10 min to downtown made easy travel. Owner was very nice and accommodating, allowed us to check in early at 11am Friday. Loved the Clemson decorations around the home. Would stay here again!

Local family enjoyed discovering our own backyard

Different from most renters, we are locals that were displaced after a tree fell on our house and we stayed here for 6 weeks. The house was well equipped for our family with room to spare. The owner was easygoing and easy to contact. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed exploring downtown Central while we were here. Bruno’s donut shop was a hit with the whole family!

Comfort & Ease

Travelled to South Carolina for Parent's Weekend at Clemson. The house was very clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. We had 6 people stay in the house and there was more than enough space for everyone. The owner was very nice and made check in and check out very simple processes. Any questions we had were promptly and politely answered. We had everything we needed for an excellent weekend. The ease of getting to Clemson and home after the football game was great. Would highly recommend!!
