An open kitchen on the same level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with its own exit to the terrace. 2 separate WCs are also located on this floor. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and air conditioning, with each room opening onto an 18 m2 balcony.

Adjacent to the main house, a self-contained apartment on the ground floor comprises a living and sleeping room with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a kitchen corner, a shower and WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. This unit also includes 1 additional bedroom with a bed measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower and WC, and air conditioning, with its own exit to the terrace and swimming pool.
