- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Shower room with double washbasin
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: one double bed with dressing area
- Bedroom 3: two single beds with dressing area

Enclosed exterior :
- A beautiful garden of around 100 m².
- A 13 m² terrace with an electric awning and furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally located in Cers, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (1 space) with secure gates.
- You can also park outside the residence (public car park).
- Electric cars can be recharged on request for a supplement of 5 euros per day for access to the socket.
