It was not good experience for this over price. Bathroom is not clean! (Easy to clean why you are not using just spray) Also I never used breakfast but they charged from me only small waters. Its weird… There are no sunshades on the windows. So the room was not clean and very noisy location. But staff very friendly.

the hotel was right in the heart of the Alachati and surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They tried their best to make me feel home and enjoy my stay.

Die Hotel hat kein Parkplatz ,und wir müssten etwa 300 m selber die Koffer tragen. Sie haben keine Personal. In Reception war niemand und müssten warten bis jemand gekommen ist.Es ist wirklich für uns schrecklich. Werde nie wieder Buchen

Otele geldiğimizde odamızda ne el havlusu ne saç havlusu ne ayak havlusu bunların hiçbirini bulamadık. Nevresimlerimizin kirli olduğunu yastıklarımızın sararmış bir şekilde olduğunu gördük. Ertesi gün yeni nevresimler istediğimiz imizde direkt olarak bize verildi hiçbir şekilde odanın pis olup olmadığına bakılmayıp ürünler değiştirilmedi. Kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin aşırı taze olduğunu düşünmemekle birlikte sıradan bir butik otel kahvaltısı olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ancak oda kahvaltı diye para verip ürünlerin bayat ve lezzetsiz olmasından ötürü her gün dışarıda kahvaltı yapmak bütçemizi anlamsız yere sarsmış oldu. Onun dışında çalışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Çalışanlardan bir yana herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Bizden bir gün sonra arkadaşlarımızla aynı otele kalmaya geldiğinde onların odasında herhangi bir problem olmadığını gördük. Ne resimleri temiz bütün havluları eksiksizdi. Bizim şanssızlılığımız diye düşündük. Onun dışında herhangi bir problem yaşamadık.

Hotelscom üzerinden otelin kahvaltılı ve kahvaltısız seçenekleri bulunuyordu. Ücret farkı ödeyerek Kahvaltılı seçenek tercih ettim fakat otelden saat 07.00 de çıkmam gerekiyordu, kahvaltının saat 09.00 gibi verildiği söylendi. Otel çalışanına o zaman kahvaltılı paketi iptal etmek istediğimi söyledim fakat otellerinde öyle bir fark olmadığını söylediler. Yardımcı olmadılar. Banyoda çok az su akıyordu. Duş alamadım el yüz bile çok zor yıkayabildim. Banyosu kirliydi.
