Caring about the items on the list of the hotel

Everything was great and I had such a great time there from the receptionist to the room service, kitchen service, polite and friendly workers, and so on. There was only one point: before choosing my hotel to stay, I had checked all the hotels about the item of letting "pets" in the hotel. On the list of this hotel "no animal is allowed" had been written, but unfortunately, two rooms had a dog. Although they weren't coming around during the day and only late at night and cleaning the area by the workers early in the morning, I was so unsatisfied and complained to the reception about it. Because if I had known animals are allowed in the hotel, i wouldn't have chosen it.

Zevkli döşenmiş, güzel bir oteldi. Otelin lokasyonu iyiydi, personel nazik ve yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Temizliği iyiydi. Otopark küçük olmasına yeterliydi. Alaçatı tarafları için güzel bir otel, bir daha kalmaya gelmek isterim.
