Yasemin Alacati has a great quiet location about 10 minutes walking distance to the town center. There is also no parking spot problem. Staff is kind and friendly. Rooms are really clean and sunny. I would say hotel has a very good price performance rate.

Beautiful in every way

I do not even where to start. We loved everything about the hotel. First of all, the most professional, friendly and respectful manager that we could ask for. Everyone was doing their best to provide us the best service possible. The hotel itself is amazingly decorated gives you a vibe of positivism. Very clean and peaceful- quiet and comfortable. It is a great escape from Alacati's usual crowd and noisy environment.

Tertemiz otel

Şimdiye kadar gittiğim en temiz otel, evinizi anca bu kadar temizlersiniz. Konum merkeze biraz uzak ama arabanız varsa sorun değil. Sessiz sakin çiçek gibi bi yer. Sahipleri çok ilgili, kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Ağustos'ta yine oradayız kısmetse.

Otelin konumu, mimarisi ve bahçesi çok güzel. Alaçatı merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Adult konseptinde otel olmasına karşın otel sahibinin 2 çocuğu otelin içinde ve bahçesinde koşturup ağlayıp zırlıyor. Konfor olarak odaların tavan yüksekliği çok iyi ve odalar ferah ancak yatak gıcırtısından dolayı kaliteli bir uyku çekmeniz zor. Odalarda her otelde olan su çay kahve gibi ikramların hiçbiri yok. Ayrıca en büyük sıkıntı sular kesik olduğunda durumu idare edebilecek bir su deposu bulunmuyor otelin her an banyoda köpüklü kalabilir ve tatilinizi çileye dönüştürebilirsiniz zira benim öyle oldu. Temizlik kısmen iyi klozet taşındaki sarı renkleri saymazsak. Hizmet olarak da çalışanlar göçmen olduğundan çok iyi anlaşma şansınız yok bir şey istediğinizde onu size getirmek yerine nerden alabileceğinizi söylüyorlar. Çok şey istiyosun diye aklınızdan geçirebilirsiniz ama son olarak bunu da söylemezsem içim rahat etmeyecek. İstanbuldan geldiğimizi bildikleri ve kahvaltı zamanı olmasına rağmen bir bardak yorgunluk çayı bile ikram etmemelerini çok hoş karşılamadım.

Sadece yetişkin oteli yazıyor ancak , daha ilk vardığımızda çocuk gürültüsü fazlasıyla tüm oteldeydi , giriş kapısı ve banyo kapısı arızalıydı , banyo kapısı onarıldı ancak diğer kapı aynen kaldı . Kahvaltı Alaçatıda kaldığımız diğer yerlere göre vasat. Kahvaltıda istenen paket meyve suyuna 20 -TL ekstra ücret alınmasıda rahatsız edici oldu, tek olumlu tarafı odalar nispetten daha geniş .
