Access to the estate is via 3 security gates and this house is only 150 metres to the Chaofa West Road entrance. Being a gated security compound you do not get any through road traffic which reduces noise and offers a safe place to jog, walk the dog or let the kids ride a bike around. The area of Chalong is the chosen location where many local Expats and Thais prefer to live as they can access all of Phuket’s best areas very easily.

There is a Clubhouse, Lake View Restaurants, Gym and Fitness center in the complex, that guest can access. just 5 minutes walking
