It is a few minutes walk from the station that you will discover "la maison des Pauls", a magnificent family home that Corine and Philippe have just completely renovated to make it a perfect vacation spot!
The interiors are warm, modern and comfortable, the decoration is thought out down to the smallest detail, old objects renovated, blend perfectly with more modern materials!
Outside, you will have the chance to enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, and shaded rest areas in the heart of a wooded and fully enclosed park!

A few minutes away, you can try out the various aquatic activities offered in the village of Retournac, visit the lace museum or the Chateau d'Artias.

A little further: Radiate throughout the Haute-Loire and discover its rich architectural and cultural heritage: The town of Le Puy en Velay is its famous buildings classified as UNESCO Heritage, one of the most beautiful villages in France Arlempdes and its castle which sits above the young Loire, the lakes of the volcanic plateau or the forest of Meygal. Benefiting from private parking in front of the house, the gîte and its outdoor spaces are accessible by a staircase serving the property (unsuitable for people with reduced mobility).

The entrance to the house is on the living room which consists of a kitchen and a large living room. A beautiful living room opening onto a terrace completes this floor.

On the first floor of the house, accessible from a staircase located in the living room, there are two double bedrooms and a first bathroom.
Still on the first floor, but accessible from a staircase located in the living room, there are 2 new double bedrooms and a new shower room.
Finally on the 2nd floor you will discover a "dormitory" for 4 people and a third bathroom.

Outside side: The "high" part of the land is completely fenced and planted with trees, several rest areas are arranged in the shade of the many trees. You will find different trees and vines in the grounds. Finally at the bottom of the land, you will enjoy an 11 meter long swimming pool, secured by an alarm system (Please note, the management of the alarm is the responsibility of the occupants of the gîte).

The accommodation is located 5 minutes walk from the train station.
Shops are close to the accommodation: bakery and restaurants present in the town of the village.
Other shops are present 5 minutes by car (town of Retournac).
