- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, washing machine, and more.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- In the hallway between the two bedrooms, a relaxation area with a sofa
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet
The house is ideally located in Chambellay, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the shops 7 minutes away by car in Le Lion d'Angers (Super U, Lidl, butcher, bakery, etc.).
There is a bread machine near the accommodation.
Activities:
- Walks along the towpath
- Listed church to visit
- 3 km by car: Tree climbing, paintball, canoeing, kayaking, pedal boats, etc.
- Boat rental without a license
- Restaurant 2 km away and La Table du Meunier restaurant
