Nice but a waste

It was a very good stay. I booked here for the pool and the pool is not in order. It was a wasted trip.

Correct pour le prix payé

Le personne à la réception était tres bien par contre nous avons trouvé deux cafards morts au sol dans la chambres. On nous a offert de changer de chambre mais puisque que nous etions fatigués et que les lits et tout le reste étaient propres, nous sommes restés.

The property is under construction which is fine. However they are sure quick to charge you for "incidentals" My son spilt a small amount of a very light colored milkshake on the bed and used a towel to clean it up. They charged me $75 for it. There is no way it stained anything. I listened to her yelling outside someone's door that she was charging him $150 for smoking. (Granted I could understand smoking) but I think they are all over taking what they can from you. I've stayed here before with no issues and come to the area often. Will not be staying here again. Be careful!!

The staff could not have been more pleasant with us. It seems to be undergoing some renovations, so there were ice machines not working and general items seemed to be out of supply like tissues and soap in showerhad not been replenished, but we'd brought our own, so it was fine, though im sure they would have brought it right up if we'd needed it! So great, would definitely come back at any future trip this way! Thank you!
