Between lakes and volcanoes, a peaceful interlude Located a stone's throw from Lake Chambon, this detached house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Nestled in a peaceful little village, it offers the perfect balance: summer by the water, winter in the mountains. Here, you can breathe, take your time, and head out hiking as soon as you step through the door. The Sancy Massif, the GR30 hiking trail, the Chaudefour Valley, lakes and volcanoes: the vast landscapes are all around. As the seasons change, the cottage becomes an ideal base camp for lovers of nature, walks, and fresh air. A simple, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring the wonders of the Puy-de-Dôme region. The cottage, accessible via three steps, comprises: On the ground floor: - a living room with two sofas and an armchair - a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. Access to the enclosed garden is via the dining room. - a bathroom with shower and bathtub - a toilet - a pantry with a washing machine On the 1st floor: - a bedroom with a double bed - a bedroom with a double bed - a bedroom with a queen-size bed - a bedroom with two single bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old) Outside, the terrace is equipped with wooden garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. The fully enclosed garden has a swing for children under 6 years old. Electric charging is not permitted in this cottage. The nearest charging stations are located in Murol.
