Located on the third floor of a chalet-style residence, this spacious apartment features a large terrace offering breathtaking views of the mountains. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with a hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, raclette set, and coffee machines (Nespresso and classic). Next to the kitchen is a lovely dining table that can seat 4 people. The apartment offers a dedicated workspace with a desk, ideal for remote working.
It benefits from one of the valley’s highest-performing high-speed internet connections, thanks to its recent 5G installation, providing a smooth and reliable working experience.
The spacious living room is both bright and welcoming, with wooden flooring and wallpapered walls, a large sofa bed for 2 people, a Smart TV, and large windows opening onto the expansive terrace, the perfect place to sit during the summer months.
It also includes a private underground parking space with a heated ramp in winter for easy access.
Charming bedroom, beautifully decorated with a large wallpapered feature wall and filled with natural light, leading out to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and WC.
