This apartment comprises an entrance hall (storage space) leading to the following rooms:

Whether it's the close proximity to the Flégère ski lift (a fantastic south-facing ski resort linked to Le Brevent), the golf course, or access on foot to the most beautiful walks and hikes in the Chamonix valley, you'll find it hard to leave! Les Praz, with its lively bar and café, organic grocery store, sports and rental stores and restaurants, offers every convenience for a relaxing vacation.
For children, skiing, tobogganing and cross-country skiing in winter are within walking distance of Les Praz, the village of Les Bois and Les Tines (all within a 15-minute walk). The heliport, where the Dragon and Chouka helicopters are always ready to rescue mountain dwellers, is a real star with the kids! In summer, Le Paradis des Praz offers horseback riding, slides and a refreshment bar. Bike tours and forest walks keep them busy, as do all the activities and events organized in Chamonix by the sports center, guide company and ski school.


One private parking space in the residence's underground parking lot. For travelers without vehicles, you'll appreciate the proximity (400m) of the Praz de Chamonix train station (Mont Blanc Express) for a more authentic way to discover the valley. As for buses, the terminus of line 1 is just a few steps away. An ideal location to enjoy the area without the need for a car.
Easy access to the Grands Montets ski area in Argentieres (10min), Le Tour (15min), Les Houches (15min) and, of course, Chamonix (5min by car and 20min on foot via a tree-lit path along the Arve torrent).

Megève, St Gervais, Italy and Switzerland are just a 45-minute drive away for a day's getaway. Allow 1h15 for Annecy and Geneva.

We stayed June 2026 for part of the heatwave. The property has multiple windows and a cross breeze was possible. Also the balcony had metal roll down shutters. We closed them during the day and opened them at night to keep the place cool. No AC or fans. Very safe. We had windows open at night. Multiple bus stops within 1 - 3 minute walk & the trip to Chamonix was 30 minutes. 40min walk by river path. The key box is attached to the suite (we found the directions confusing). The host was very quick to help us over the phone. The kitchen is very well stocked! Excellent knives, cutlery, chopping boards, etc as we made both breakfast and dinner in the suite. There’s an excellent l’epicierie 3 min walk - that is also well stocked & friendly. Just a heads up if you have mobility challenges or are traveling with someone who has limited mobility 2 things:The bedroom is a double bunk bed. The lower bunk is just slightly off the floor. Very low to get up off the ground. The top bunk has a ladder. Easy to see in photos. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The shower is VERY deep and it’s difficult to step out. I would recommend and I would definitely return to the same property again.
