Apartment located in a small condominium, just above a physiotherapy practice, on two levels as follows: > Entrance directly into the living room (TV 100cm) and dining area (8pax) opening onto the 40m2 terrace for sunny days. > Open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, oven, microwave, raclette, fondue, etc.) > Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160cm) and the other with a trundle bed (2x 90/190cm) > Bathroom (shower, washbasin) > Toilet Upstairs you'll find the other two bedrooms (one with a 180cm bed and the other with a trundle bed, as on the ground floor), as well as a second bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet) and a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
