The high quality interior has been completely renewed in 2021 keeping the spirit of this Art deco building, offering the perfect relaxed, modern and comfortable apartment to return to after exploring Chamonix.

Located in a quiet area in the heart of central Chamonix, yet it's an easy 3 minutes walk from lively central Square, 10 minutes walk from Brevent lift and only 2 minutes walk from the bus service giving full access to the whole region. It is perfectly situated and there is really no need for a car - unless, of course, you prefer it to get about.

The apartment has a double and bunk room and comes with private parking spaces dedicated to the residents of the building. 6 charging points for electric cars available in underground public parking Saint-Michel, located 200 meters from the property.

The combination of location, its high-quality interiors and the amazing view makes this apartment a fantastic option for families. Please note that the elevator takes only goes up to the 6th floor.
