In condominium and quiet village of Chamonix, one of the world capitals of skiing and mountaineering, this apartment of 45 m2 has a terrace and a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc and Aiguille de midi. Very pleasant and functional in summer, it will make you taste the charms of the mountain in winter. Built at 1100 m on the top of the valley, it is located between the resorts of La Flégére and the famous Grands Montets and gives direct access to hiking trails. From there, you can also reach some of Switzerland and Italy 's hotspots within an hour' s drive. Spoken Spanish and good English skills.
