This 120-square-meter chalet is ideal for family vacations (and get-togethers with friends!) and is laid out as follows:
Ground floor: - A large, fully equipped kitchen (washer, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc.) with a dining area.
- a living/dining room with a second dining area, sofas, a TV, fiber-optic internet, and a fireplace perfect for winter evenings.
Upstairs: - a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet, vanity area, and a work area for our hardworking travelers, a queen-size bed, and direct access to the balcony - a full bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and corner bathtub for relaxing after a day of skiing - a second bedroom with a double bed and a chest of drawers - a third bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds) and plenty of storage space - a terrace and a small garden area

The chalet is: - a 15-minute walk from the Chamonix bus station, served by numerous buses connecting you to Lyon, Annecy, Geneva, Courmayeur, Milan, etc., as well as the “Chamonix Sud” bus stop, allowing you to travel between the Les Houches ski areas (Bellevue and Prarion gondolas) or Les Praz (La Flégère gondola) - about a 6-minute walk from Line 2 connecting the Taconnaz Glacier, Argentières, and the Tour ski area
